New SLAM Cards for 2024
A SLAM card will be issued to all staff to provide them with support in being clear that at any time it is okay to consider the task and if it is safe to undertake. An individual card, assigned to everyone, reinforces and empowers each individual with the right to SLAM (Stop, Look, Assess & Manage) at any point they feel they are not 100% confident in the safety of any given job or process.
